When the Tati Beauty Blendiful came out, I was not amazed. In fact, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed... I thought she would release a highlighter collection! She was always very vocal on how much she loves it. I would never have guessed that the second item of her makeup brand would be a tool. However, as soon as I started seeing reviews, my desire of purchasing the blediful arose. You can use it for foundation, blush, contour, highlight and other powders. I mean, 5 in 1 sounds like a dream, right?! I could just think of how amazing it would be to not carry all my brushes when I travel somewhere, specially if the luggage size is very limited. Around two month after its release, I bought it and it arrived this week. The shipping was very fast and surprisingly I did not have to pay any extra taxes to have the product release from the airport Costums. Unfortunately, I still didn't test it... Whenever I have skin rashes, I avoid makeup in my face at all cost. Hopefully, it will work like a dream.
Tati Beauty "Blendiful" aprox. 25 euros Essence "Shine shine shine - No Brainer" 1.65 euros
Another thing that I wanted to buy for a long time was a travel-friendly makeup palette. After getting the Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde and seeing the difference between drug store and high-end eyeshadows, I told myself that I would save money and buy something good rather than buying a cheap one that would likely make me angry. I had my eyes on the Natasha Denona Mini palettes (and I still do!), but I did not want to buy them online, since the colors seem to be different in every picture that I have seen. So, given my lack of time to go to Sephora, I came across the new "The NUDE edition" Essence palette for 3,99 euros at the DM drug store. The palette has every color I could possibly want for my everyday and the size is just perfect. There was no testers on the store, so I just bought it to try. If it was not worth it, I would only loose 4 euros... Good I got it, because it did not disappoint. Obviously, the shadows are not highly pigmented (specially the shimmers), but for the price they are good. I have used them and they lasted in my eye lid for several hours. So, if you are looking for an affordable eyeshadow palette for your everyday, this could be a good option for sure. I also have to mention that Essence cosmetics is cruelty-free! 🐇
In addition to the eyeshadow palette, I also bought the Essence "Shine Shine Shine - No Brainer" lipgloss. I was never a fan of glosses, so whenever "the gloss fever" started I didn't get it... But I saw this one for 1.65 and decided to try. Really liked it! The feeling of sticky lips did not happen. It doesn't last very long, but for the price is fine. I already want to buy other shades and sure will. Do you have any Essence products you love an recommend? Let me know ❤
